About the Opportunity

As a LMS Support Officer of our Training Team within SDPR, you will be responsible for providing maintenance, support and enhancement of the state-wide Learning Management System for the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) program.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage training material uploads and create learning pathways, class objects and schedules in My Health Learning.

  • Resolve incidents and requests, confirming solutions with customers and maintaining clear, detailed updates.

  • Escalate complex issues with thorough documentation and monitor queues to meet SLAs.

  • Support MHL functions and maintain the knowledge base in line with policies and compliance requirements.
     

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Experienced in Learning Management Systems, particularly My Health Learning, with a solid background in both Test and Production Support environments.

  • Skilled in delivering high-quality customer service, gathering information from multiple sources, preparing clear reports and managing challenging client interactions.

  • Organised with proven ability to prioritise competing demands, work effectively in high-volume environments and consistently achieve customer-focused outcomes.

  • Collaborative with strong relationship-building skills, supporting enterprise systems in complex environments and working effectively with customers and stakeholders.

 

You will succeed in this role if you: 

  • Enjoy working in an environment where no two days are the same.

  • Can juggle multiple priorities while staying calm and outcome focused.

Additional information

  • This role may require evening, night, weekend and/or shift work, in accordance with operational needs and Award provisions.
  • This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months.
  • 'Exempt' is defined as a fixed term contract with a length greater 13 weeks.
