What you'll be doing
The Living Skills Educator works in collaboration with individual/s and the multidisciplinary Rehabilitation team to achieve person focused rehabilitation goals.
Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated understanding of delegation and ability to work within a rehabilitation plan.
- Demonstrated Ability to assist and work with a range of people attending the transitional living rehabilitation environment in a respectful, discrete and caring way with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills, through the use of information technology, written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated capacity to identify and resolve conflict situations by managing own emotional responses and interacting with others in a personable and professional manner.
- Evidence of participation in personal development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of skills.
