What you'll be doing
The Living Skills Educator works in collaboration with individual/s and the multidisciplinary Rehabilitation team to achieve person focused rehabilitation goals.    
 

Selection Criteria

  1. Demonstrated understanding of delegation and ability to work within a rehabilitation plan.
  2. Demonstrated Ability to assist and work with a range of people attending the transitional living rehabilitation environment in a respectful, discrete and caring way with minimal supervision.
  3. Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills, through the use of information technology, written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Demonstrated capacity to identify and resolve conflict situations by managing own emotional responses and interacting with others in a personable and professional manner.
  5. Evidence of participation in personal development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of skills.
