The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Nurse Practitioner to step into a strategic leadership role supporting the professional growth and governance of Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Transitional Nurse Practitioners (TNPs) across Justice Health NSW.
Working within the Nursing & Midwifery Office, People and Culture Directorate, you will provide expert mentorship, clinical leadership and strategic guidance to ensure contemporary, evidence-based practice aligned with organisational goals. You will play a key role in strengthening governance frameworks, advancing Models of Care, and fostering a culture of excellence, innovation and lifelong learning within a complex and rewarding healthcare environment.
This role is ideal for a highly experienced NP with strong leadership capability, advanced critical thinking skills, and a passion for developing others and shaping the future of advanced nursing practice.
