IMG Supervisor Administrative Assistant
What you will bring to the role
- Demonstrated administrative experience in a healthcare or similarly regulated environment, including advanced organisational skills and proven capability in maintaining accurate governance and compliance records.
- Demonstrated experience managing regulatory or compliance-related documentation (e.g. registration, supervision, accreditation or workforce records) where accuracy is critical to organisational or patient safety outcomes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, with demonstrated ability to manage datasets, produce structured reports and maintain document control systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities across multiple concurrent deadlines within a complex organisational setting.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing formal documentation and liaising with clinical and corporate stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience handling confidential and sensitive information in accordance with privacy and governance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously within defined frameworks while exercising sound judgement in identifying and escalating governance or compliance risks.
Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa.
