About the opportunity
The Help Desk Senior Supervisor plays a critical role in managing and coordinating operational and service requests for HealthShare NSW’s 24/7 Cleaning and Patient Support Services. This position leads and supports the Help Desk Team to ensure timely, accurate, and customer-focused handling of high-volume service requests. The role oversees task allocation systems and hardware to maintain smooth operations, while providing leadership and guidance to helpdesk operators and frontline staff to foster a performance-driven, accountable culture.
Key responsibilities include monitoring day-to-day operations, prioritising and managing service requests, preparing reports, and advising management on Help Desk activities. The position actively identifies opportunities for service improvement, ensures compliance with work health and safety standards, and maintains professional, responsive customer service. Building strong relationships within HealthShare NSW and with customers is essential.
