About the Opportunity
 

We are looking for a Facility Manager (Nurse Manager - Grade 3) to join us in this critical leadership role supporting high-quality, patient-centred care at our Harden-Murrumburrah MPS. You will lead the strategic and operational delivery of services, ensuring strong clinical governance, workforce capability and continuous improvement.

As the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for:
 

  • Provide clinical leadership to ensure the delivery of safe, evidence-based care within contemporary models of practice
  • Lead and manage quality, safety and risk processes, including incident management and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Oversee operational performance, including financial and resource management, to support sustainable service delivery
  • Lead, motivate and support multidisciplinary teams to achieve high performance and positive patient outcomes
  • Apply change management approaches to address challenges in rural and community healthcare delivery

About You:

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership or management role within a healthcare setting
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to manage complex operational environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
  • A commitment to patient-centred care, safety, and continuous improvement
