The position of the Facilities Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of minor works and building projects across the Randwick Campus and offsite facilities.

Selection Criteria
- You must hold an Australian accredited or recognised tertiary qualification in engineering and have at least three years of equivalent work experience (Qualifications must be acceptable for Members of the Institute of Engineers Trade qualifications.)
- Demonstrated experience in project management and proven ability in delivering infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
- Demonstrated understanding and commitment to Work, Health and Safety and experience in the application of the Work, Health and Safety Audit requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and provide project milestone reports at a senior level to stakeholders.
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills with the ability to build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Proven skills in problem solving, including the ability to interpret building codes and building plans.
- Competent in hazard management and development of safety procedures to mitigate risk.
- Hold a current White card and Drivers Licence – with the willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position.
