What you'll be doing
The Executive Assistant provides organisational and administrative support to all Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD) Health & Corporate Information Services (HCIS), through appropriate governance and streamlining of administrative processes and documents, ensuring an efficient, professional, exceptional service is maintained.
The Executive Assistant also supports the service in people and culture initiatives, including organising social and wellbeing activities, on request of the Managers.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrated experience providing administrative and secretarial support, including drafting correspondence, reports, presentations and newsletters, and taking minutes.
- Proven capacity to operate effectively in an environment demanding confidentiality and discretion.
Advanced digital literacy, including in all Office 365 products, Sharepoint, Adobe Pro, Content Manager, and health care softwares.
