About the Role 
  
You will be working at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. It is one of the nation’s most respected hospitals, with a distinguished history of serving the health needs of local, statewide, national and international communities. This position provides high-level administrative and secretarial support to ensure efficient and effective operations for the office of the Nursing Executive Unit. In particular, this position is required to develop and maintain efficient office systems and procedures and ensure high professional standards in the Nursing and Midwifery Services.  
   
The position will provide administrative support for projects and services of the Nursing Executive, be responsible for providing high level secretariat support for committees and other meetings, prepares high level documentation, and supports processes including main confidential records and progressing recruitment and onboarding of staff.

Ideal Candidate
  • Has demonstrated capacity to organise a high level workload and competing priorities in a professional and timely manner at an executive level.
  • Has the ability to work Monday - Friday. 
  • Has demonstrated proficiency in providing secretariat support for executive meetings, including preparation of agendas, minute taking and information distribution.
  • Has highly developed and demonstrated keyboard skills, in particular Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level and online electronic health systems including but not limited to ROB, Oracle, Stafflink, Healthroster and TRIM.
