What You'll be Doing
The Enrolled Nurse works with the registered nurse or midwife as part of the health care team and demonstrates competence in the provision of safe, compassionate, quality person-centered care.

Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital is located in the city of Bankstown and is in one of the most multicultural local government areas (LGA) in Australia. This hospital has tertiary affiliations with three universities and offers a range of roles and experiences to employees.
The hospital receives highly diverse presentations in ED as well as having general medical and surgical services and sub-specialty services across the hospital. - Current Authority to Practice as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2), General with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrate recent post-registration experience as an Enrolled Nurse in a relevant clinical setting, including the delivery of evidence-based, safe, and compassionate care that is culturally responsive.
- Describe your ability to communicate and engage effectively with patients, families, carers, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure responsive and person-centred care.
- Provide examples of how you have used critical thinking and clinical judgment in your nursing practice to support quality care outcomes.
- Outline your understanding of and involvement in risk management, work health and safety, and quality improvement initiatives, including how you manage interpersonal conflict professionally.
