What you'll be doing
Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will provide safe, individualised care and support quality perioperative outcomes, including demonstrated Operating Theatre Scrub Scout experience.
Deliver direct nursing care in line with care plans and scope
Recognise clinical changes and escalate concerns promptly
Support patient comfort, dignity and emotional wellbeing
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
Contribute to teamwork, quality improvement and safe practice

Essential Criteria
Current Endorsed Enrolled Nurse Division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria
Relevant and recent clinical experience deemed appropriate by WSLHD
Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal
Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.
Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to continuing professional development and demonstrated ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training.
