In this senior leadership role, you will provide strategic direction and expert operational leadership and advice across all workforce and human resources functions, ensuring high quality, responsive and compliant services that support organisational priorities.
Lead workforce strategy, planning and delivery of key HR initiatives.
Partner with executives to provide expert advice on complex HR and industrial matters
Drive organisational change, workforce development, cultural uplift and performance improvement.
Oversee complex employee relations matters including investigations and disputes
Build leadership capability through coaching, mentoring and performance frameworks

Selection Criteria:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in human resources, workforce management, employee relations, employment law or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience
Proven success developing a high level of knowledge of a complex service delivery business and applying advanced human resources expertise to achieve strategic objectives
Capacity to manage human resources teams and services to ensure available resources are used effectively to meet client needs
Excellent strategic planning, change management, project management and policy/procedure development skills including the ability to make complex judgements and take initiative
Extensive proven management experience and demonstrated record of sound achievement within the HR function of a large and complex organisation
Sound and well demonstrated industrial negotiation, dispute management and alternate dispute resolution skills
Excellent negotiation, decision making and influencing skills including the ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, through all organisational levels to drive workforce initiatives
Outstanding and effective oral and written communication skills including the ability to analyse data and prepare complex briefs, reports and submissions
