What you’ll be doing
As Corporate Records Manager, you will provide strategic leadership for information governance, records management and policy oversight across WSLHD, ensuring compliance, accessibility and value of information assets.
Lead and manage the Corporate Records Unit and Policy & Procedures function
Develop and deliver enterprise records and information management strategies
Ensure compliance with privacy, records, health and information legislation
Drive the transition from paper-based to digital information systems
Provide expert advice to executives and stakeholders on information risk, governance and compliance

Demonstrated experience working with senior executives, clinicians and managers within a large complex environment, with a proven track record in building rapport and establishing trust.
Ability to lead a team to deliver business objectives and work cohesively with varied parts of the organisation.
Demonstrated experience in managing a Corporate Records Unit, or equivalent organisational corporate support function.
High level knowledge of legislative and governance requirements and policies related to management of health information.
Experience in preparing submissions and reports on complex issues with clearly defined recommendations/expected outcomes.
