  1. Registered Nurse with current registration through the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia approved qualification
  2. Current registration with the National Registration Board (AHPRA)
  3. Demonstrated evidence of autonomy in decision making skills
  4. Validated competency in venepuncture, and/or demonstrated previous venepuncture experience
  5. Demonstrated advanced leadership skills and ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team, with evidence of contribution to the development of clinical practice
  6. Demonstrated ability to undertake consent interview and documentation with patients in a professional and sensitive manner, taking into consideration privacy, cultural differences and the precise recording of a medical history
  7. Current unencumbered Australian C Class Drivers Licence
