Join our team as a CAR-T Coordinator and play a pivotal role in supporting patients through every stage of their CAR-T therapy journey.
About the Role
You will be working at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPAH). This key non-clinical role provides comprehensive administrative coordination and patient navigation for individuals undergoing Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy. Working closely with multidisciplinary clinical teams, cellular therapy laboratories and external partners, you will coordinate referrals, appointments, scheduling, data management and patient communications to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing complex processes within a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will contribute to the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of CAR-T services while ensuring compliance with clinical, regulatory, and organisational requirements.

Ideal Candidate
- Relevant tertiary qualification in health administration, health management and/or equivalent demonstrated experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience in complex healthcare administration or coordination roles.
- Highly developed organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated experience liaising effectively with patients, clinicians, and multidisciplinary teams.
