About the role
We’re looking for a motivated and reliable cook to join our dedicated Environmental Services team at Tottenham MPS. You’ll play an essential role in preparing and serving nutritious, appealing meals that support the recovery and welling of patients.

You’ll work within a professional kitchen environment following safety, hygiene and dietary standards.

Key Skills:

-      Strong understanding of food hygiene and safe food handling practises

-      Cooking experience within a commercial kitchen preferred but not necessary

-      Ability to follow standardised recipes and portion control guidelines

-      Time management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure

-      Team-orientated with good communication and interpersonal skills

-      Flexibility to work various shifts as rostered

-      Understanding of special dietary requirements (training provided)
