- Must hold registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
- Demonstrated skills and knowledge in the provision of Pharmacy services to consumers, carers and families requiring medication reconciliation, dispensing and dosing.
- Proven ability to work independently and to establish effective collaborative working relationships within a multi-disciplinary team and interagency networks.
- Demonstrated relevant clinical pharmacy experience (including experience in clinical trials and/or Oncology/Haematology) in a busy hospital environment.
