What you’ll be doing
In this pivotal coordination role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of a multi-centre randomised controlled trial evaluating a digital diabetes self-management platform (Gro Health), ensuring high-quality execution and participant engagement.

  • Coordinate all aspects of the clinical trial, including ethics, governance, and daily operations

  • Engage and support general practices to recruit and retain study participants

  • Build strong relationships with clinicians, patients and research stakeholders

  • Oversee study documentation and ensure compliance with NSW Health standards

  • Contribute to data management systems and ensure accurate, timely reporting

How to Apply

  1. Previous experience in clinical research project management and study co-ordination.
  2. Direct experience in patient contact and care.
  3. Previous experience dealing with patients in a clinical trial setting.
  4. Experience or familiarity with the preparation of human research ethics and governance documentation.
  5. Experience in advanced computer programs including databases and Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word), REDCap experience desirable.
  6. Excellent demonstrated interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
