The provision of quality, evidence based outpatient psychological services to women attending the outpatient services of the Perinatal and Women’s Mental Health Service and the Maternal Fetal Medicine Department.

Selection Criteria

1. Postgraduate degree APAC accredited Masters or higher degree in clinical psychology; full registration with AHPRA; endorsement in clinical psychology or eligible to work towards that.
2. Demonstrated experience in the psychological assessment and treatment of high prevalence disorders, along with more complex mental health conditions.
3. Demonstrated experience and/or knowledge of contemporary psychological practice.
4. Demonstrated experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a Health setting.
5. High levels of self-motivation, organisation and time management skills.
6. Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to suit the target audience.
7. Demonstrated ability to work independently in the provision of patient care.
8. Demonstrated experience with provision of education and supervision of psychology students.
