Are you a dynamic Clinical Nurse Specialist ready to shape the future of healthcare delivery? This is a unique opportunity to join a progressive Hospital in the Home (HITH) team and play a pivotal role in transforming how acute care is delivered across our health district. 

About the Role
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2, you will be at the forefront of innovative care models that shift treatment from traditional hospital wards into patients’ homes—safely, efficiently, and compassionately. You will provide expert clinical leadership, coordinate complex care, and contribute to service redesign within a rapidly evolving virtual care environment.

  • Is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care  
 

Selection Criteria 
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below. 

  • Do you currently hold Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA, relevant post-registration qualification and at least 3 years full time equivalent experience working the clinical area of your qualification?
  • Give a brief overview of what education training and clinically relevant experience you bring with you to the role?
  • Demonstrated ability to provide leadership in the provision and development of clinical practice by utilisation of evidence based research and best practice organisations.
  • Do you have a current Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2)? if you hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
