Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and Relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years' experience working in the clinical area of the employees specified post-graduate qualification, or such other qualifications or equivalent experience deemed appropriate by the public hospital or public health organisation.
How do you ensure that care for patients undergoing colonoscopy is safe, compassionate, and culturally responsive? Can you share an example where you adapted your approach to meet a patient’s cultural or individual needs?
Describe a time when you had to engage with a patient and their carers, as well as the multidisciplinary team, to address a complex care need. How did you ensure effective communication and responsiveness?
Give an example of how you used critical thinking to identify a risk or quality improvement opportunity in your clinical practice. What actions did you take, and what was the outcome?
Can you describe a time when you had to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment? How did you prioritise your workload to keep the patient flow running smoothly?
