The Role

To provide for the coordination, delivery and evaluation of clinical nurse education (including programs) at the Health Centre/Ward/Unit level. Such education may include local/site orientation and/or transitioning for new nursing staff, undergraduate and casual nurses as well as meeting the ongoing educational needs of existing nursing staff. The focus of the role will be the improvement and development of the clinical skills and competencies of the staff working in the areas of responsibility.
