- Play a key role in strengthening clinical practice by developing and delivering engaging education programs that support safe, high-quality patient care across the unit.
- Join a collaborative and supportive Nursing and Midwifery team, working closely with Nurse Unit Managers, Clinical Nurse Consultants and multidisciplinary staff to build capability and improve patient outcomes.

You are a passionate and experienced nurse educator who thrives in a dynamic Emergency Department environment, with a strong commitment to developing others and improving patient care through education and leadership.
- Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, attention to detail and critical thinking, with the ability to assess learning needs and deliver targeted, evidence-based education that supports safe practice.
- Communicate with clarity and empathy, using active listening to engage effectively with nurses, patients and multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and positive learning experiences.
- Bring a genuine passion for education, mentorship and staff development, supporting nurses at all career stages to build confidence, competence and professional growth.
- Show resilience, adaptability and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate education initiatives across a diverse workforce and balance clinical, teaching and service demands.
- Apply a strong understanding of clinical education principles, quality improvement and risk management to support continuous learning, safe practice and high standards of care across the unit.
