You will bring a collaborative mindset, strong understanding of midwifery group practice models of care, leading evidence based practice while mentoring and supporting colleagues across the multidisciplinary team. You enjoy working in dynamic environments, where navigating perinatal support systems, coordinating care, and advocating for women and families is central to what you do. Your professional toolkit includes demonstrated capability in quality improvement, research participation, and the development of innovative care approaches. Confident in your communication, education, and clinical leadership skills, you are also comfortable using digital tools and clinical databases to support safe, coordinated care.If you’re passionate about providing exceptional care to women with complex needs—and you’re ready to contribute your expertise to shaping high quality, compassionate maternity services—then this could be the perfect next step in your midwifery career.
