About the role
We are seeking a Health Clinician to lead and further develop our Getting On Track in Time (GotIt!) program across the Western NSW LHD (WNSWLHD). This position leads the strategic delivery and ongoing development of the Got It! Program across the district, shaping meaningful outcomes for children, families and school communities.

The Got It! Program provides early‑intervention mental health support to children in Kindergarten to Year 2 who are beginning to show emotional or behavioural difficulties. Delivered directly within schools, the program combines targeted clinical work with whole‑school approaches that strengthen engagement with children, families and educators at a crucial stage in development.

Each school partners with the Got It! Team for six months, during which clinicians deliver screening, universal interventions and targeted group work while building long‑term capability among teachers and school staff. This collaborative model enhances family–school relationships and supports children’s social‑emotional growth.

The role involves travel across the Local Health District, including occasional overnight stays. Outside school‑based delivery, clinicians work Monday to Friday from Yaganda Bulabul, a newly renovated clinical space on the Bloomfield campus, with flexibility to see consumers in community settings.
