Hornsby Ku-ring gai Hospital

What you'll be doing
You will lead the Clinical Governance and Patient Experience functions across Hornsby Ku-Ring-Gai Health Service (HKHS). This includes facilitation, leadership and support to management teams, multidisciplinary clinical teams, and patients/consumers in delivering improved patient care and satisfaction. The role is required to undertake quality monitoring and improvement initiatives including clinical risk management, clinical audit, clinical improvement and patient engagement initiatives. 
The role also includes leading the clinical governance team, providing direction in Quality Improvement and Accreditation, Consumer Focus (Complaints &Commendations), Clinical Risk Management, Policy & Procedure development and maintenance and guidance of the HKHS internet and Intranet.
