What you'll be doing
The Administration Officer will manage the provision of accurate, timely and efficient high level administrative and customer support to the department to support the achievement of the departments set goals. 
 

People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

 

  1. Demonstrated experience in providing high level administrative support including managing diaries and business records.
  2. Proven ability to organize high volume workload with competing priorities, within agreed timeframes and write high quality, comprehensive, accurate, logical correspondence and reports.
  3. Ability to exercise initiative to problem solve and manage priorities.
