Remuneration: $76,364- $108,943 per annum /  $38.51- $54.94 per hour
Hours Per Week: 38/ 31
Location:  Blacktown and Mt Druitt Hospital

What you'll be doing 
You’ll provide high quality, patient centred nutrition care across your allocated caseload while supporting broader departmental priorities and professional standards.

  • Manage and prioritise a busy caseload using evidence based practice

  • Provide nutritional assessment, management and education to patients

  • Collaborate with Dietitian Assistants, Diet Supervisors and the wider care team

  • Maintain accurate clinical and administrative documentation, including CBORD

  • Participate in professional development, supervision, education and quality improvement activities

Essential Criteria

  • Post graduate qualification or bachelor’s in nutrition and Dietetics as recognized by the Dietitians of Australia, employed as a Level 1 or 2 classification.

 

Selection Criteria

  1. Relevant clinical experience and good knowledge of current Dietetics Practices.

  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including group education skills.

  3. Understanding and commitment to quality improvement.

  4. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of the team.

  5. Demonstrated commitment to continued professional development and evidence-based practice.

  6. Excellent computer skills including CBORD.

  7. Current drivers' licence and willingness to drive
