The Role
The Client Liaison Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of patient and consumer feedback and complaint management processes across the Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network (Justice Health NSW). The role ensures that complaints, enquiries, and compliments are managed in accordance with NSW Health policy, supporting transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in patient care and service delivery. The Client Liaison Coordinator (CLC) functions as the central point for coordinating all externally received complaints, enquiries, and compliments for the organisation.
