  • Demonstrated ability to develop and evaluate educational programs that support children's learning and development. 
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage effectively with children, families and colleagues. 
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to mentor, support and contribute positively to team performance. 
  • Commitment to inclusive practices that respect and celebrate the diverse backgrounds and needs of children and families. 
  • Sound understanding of regulatory requirements, quality frameworks, health and safety standards and continuous improvement principles.
