About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Chief Cardiac Technologist to provide clinical and operational leadership across non-invasive cardiac diagnostics within Cardiology.


In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Lead and support cardiac technologists to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.

  • Perform advanced, unsupervised cardiac diagnostic studies.

  • Coordinate patient workflows to ensure efficient service delivery.

  • Develop and maintain clinical protocols, quality improvement activities and accreditation requirements.

  • Oversee equipment maintenance, training and professional development.

  • Support service planning, including the development of a Public Pacemaker Service.

About You

You will bring:

  • Relevant qualifications in Cardiac Technology and/or Cardiac Sonography.

  • Strong clinical expertise in non-invasive cardiac diagnostics.

  • Proven leadership and staff development experience.

  • The ability to manage competing clinical and operational priorities.

  • A commitment to patient-centred care and continuous improvement.
