Join a team where coding is valued, supported, and taken seriously.

We’re recruiting Senior Clinical Coders (A06) to join our Health Information Services (HIS) team, giving you the opportunity learn, and grow alongside peers in a collaborative and supportive environment.

This is more than a coding role. It’s a chance to work in a service that respects the profession, invests in quality, and backs its people.

Leadership that understands coding

You’ll be supported by experienced Health Information Managers and Clinical Coders, who are deeply committed to the coding profession. This is a rare opportunity to work under leadership that genuinely values accuracy, quality, and professional development in coding.

A team you’ll actually enjoy working in

Our HIS team is close-knit, collaborative, and supportive. Whether you’re currently working remotely in isolation or navigating a high-pressure environment, this team offers a culture where people help each other succeed.

Hybrid flexibility that works

We offer genuine work-from-home flexibility, balanced with in-office training and connection. We’re upfront about expectations because transparency matters. For outstanding candidates, training arrangements can be tailored.

Senior-level coding with real variety

At Senior Clinical Coder level, you’ll work across a diverse and complex case mix, contributing to coding quality, data integrity, and meaningful health outcomes. This is a role where your expertise is recognised and your impact is visible.

About you

You are an experienced Clinical Coder who brings:

  • Demonstrated experience in ICD-10-AM/ACHI/ACS coding within an acute or sub-acute setting
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to coding accuracy and quality
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Confidence navigating clinical documentation and engaging with clinicians where required
  • A genuine interest in continuous improvement and professional development

What we offer

  • Flexible hybrid work arrangements
  • Supportive and experienced leadership
  • Opportunities to strengthen your coding profile at a senior level
  • A team culture that prioritises respect, collaboration, and wellbeing
  • The opportunity to contribute to a high-performing public health system
