This is a maternity relief position and should the permanent incumbent require an early return from maternity leave, this contract of employment will cease with notice in alignment with the applicable Award. Maternity relief positions can be for a period of up to 12 months, with the possibility of continued employment for up to a further 12 months for maternity leave reduced hours, therefore there are no claims to permanency.

Are you an experienced Radiographer looking to expand your skills across a diverse range of imaging services? Join our dynamic Diagnostic Imaging team and play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred imaging services that support clinical decision-making across the Central Coast.
About the Opportunity
- Perform high-quality radiographic imaging across a broad range of modalities and clinical settings.
- Provide imaging services in general and emergency trauma radiography, mobile radiography and intra-operative image intensification.
- Work within a modern digital imaging environment using RIS and PACS systems.
- Demonstrate proficiency in complex clinical procedures while maintaining exceptional patient care standards.
- Contribute to the development and review of clinical protocols, techniques and quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patients across emergency, inpatient and outpatient settings.

About You
- Qualified Medical Radiation Scientist with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated experience in a broad range of diagnostic imaging services.
- Strong commitment to patient care, radiation safety and professional standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a busy clinical setting while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Commitment to continuous learning, quality improvement and service excellence.
