Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) is seeking an experienced in-house digital marketing specialist to lead the planning, production and delivery of digital marketing campaigns and strategies which support our employer brand and recruitment marketing across all channels.

This is a sole-function role with creative and operational leadership of the People & Culture digital marketing portfolio. You'll work directly with senior stakeholders, hiring managers and subject matter experts across the District to develop and deliver multi-channel campaigns that attract talent into critical roles.

Key responsibilities:

  • End-to-end planning and delivery of multi-channel recruitment and employer brand campaigns aligned with NSW Health and NSW Government branding guidelines.
  • Developing and implementing high quality, engaging and innovative strategies to promote CCLHD as an employer of choice including in-house production of video, graphic design, photography, EDMs and written content.
  • Develop targeted campaign delivery for priority workforce groups using digital strategies to attract high calibre applicants for even the most challenging positions.
  • Paid media campaign management across Meta and other platforms, including strategy, audience targeting, creative testing, optimisation and reporting.
  • Organic social media management, content calendar planning and community management across CCLHD's People & Culture channels.
  • Write advertising copy and marketing collateral for marketing campaigns and other opportunities for external promotion such as career expos in consultation with CCLHD Media and Communications Unit.
  • Budget management across paid media, procurement and event collateral.
  • Performance reporting and insights, including monthly recruitment marketing reporting.

For more information about this role, please view the Position Description.

About You

  • A relevant degree and/or demonstrated strong experience in marketing, media or communications, ideally as an in-house digital marketer, content producer or marketing generalist.
  • Strong skills across video editing, graphic design, copywriting and content production.
  • Proven experience managing paid social media campaigns on Meta.
  • Confident managing budgets, multiple concurrent projects, stakeholders and deadlines independently.
  • Proficient across Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager, and analytics platforms.
  • Comfortable exercising independent judgement, while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates creative range across digital formats.

Experience in recruitment marketing or healthcare is beneficial, however, not essential. We are looking for strong digital marketers who can apply their craft to a meaningful sector.

Applicants must have current work rights in Australia or be a permanent resident or citizen. Unfortunately, we cannot consider applicants who do not meet this requirement.

Benefits

  • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy an accrued day off each month, 17.5% annual leave loading, and paid parental leave.
  • Financial Benefits: Boost your take-home pay with salary packaging, save on car costs with novated leasing, and access relocation assistance.
  • Health & Wellbeing: Stay active with discounted gym memberships (Fitness Passport), free flu vaccinations, telehealth support, and confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counselling for you and your family. Plus, access discounted private health insurance.
  • Career Growth: Advance your career with free professional development courses and secondment opportunities.
