Are you an Oral Health Therapist passionate about delivering high-quality, preventative oral healthcare? Join our dedicated Oral Health team and play a key role in improving the oral health outcomes of children, adults and communities across the Central Coast through evidence-based clinical care, education and health promotion.

About the Opportunity

• Deliver high-quality oral health care across the full scope of Oral Health Therapy practice, including dental therapy, extended scope dental therapy and dental hygiene.
• Provide patient-centred care focused on prevention, early intervention and evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver oral health promotion and education programs to individuals, families and community groups.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to improve oral health outcomes across the community.
• Participate in quality improvement, clinical governance, research and service development activities.
• Contribute to the planning, implementation and evaluation of oral health services across the District.

About You

• Bachelor of Oral Health Therapy.
• Current registration as an Oral Health Therapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• New graduates and experienced Oral Health Therapists are encouraged to apply.
• Current Working With Children Check.
• National Criminal Record Check.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with patients of all ages.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development, quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
