About the Opportunity

As the Clinical Nurse Educator, you’ll provide clinical leadership education and training to ensure the highest standard of patient-centred care across the service

In this role you will:

  • Deliver and evaluate clinical education programs that contribute to workforce development
  • Promote a culture of learning and development.
  • Provide expert clinical advice, mentorship, and education to support the professional growth of staff.

About You

You are an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse with a passion for education, leadership, and empowering others to deliver high-quality care. You bring strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance competing priorities in a dynamic healthcare environment.

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) 
  • Relevant postgraduate qualification in clinical practice or education, or equivalent experience
  • Extensive recent clinical experience appropriate to the specialty area

 

  • A collaborative approach to working both independently and within multidisciplinary teams
