About the Opportunity
Our AINs play a vital role in supporting our nursing staff and delivering safe, respectful, and patient-centred care every day. In the role you will:
Provide personal care, mobility support, and daily living assistance under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Support Registered and Enrolled Nurses with patient care tasks as directed.
Assist with collecting accurate health data and clinical observations.
Maintain clear, timely, and compliant patient documentation.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team, and contribute to quality improvement activities.

About You
You have completed a Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (HLT33115) or have completed at least one year of undergraduate nursing studies.
You are a strong communicator with well-developed verbal, written, and interpersonal skills that support effective interactions in a clinical environment.
You bring recent, relevant experience in patient care and demonstrate the ability to deliver safe, high-quality support in line with clinical standards.
You thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and are committed to supporting your colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for patients.
You are adaptable, eager to learn, and open to new challenges in a dynamic healthcare setting.
