About the Opportunity

As an Administrative Support Officer Level 3, you will provide high-level administrative and customer service support that is essential to the success of our unit and department outcomes. You will be required to cover a 24/7 roster including days, afternoons and night shifts.  Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Coordinating office systems and procedures to maintain smooth operations.
Delivering exceptional customer service, responding effectively to enquiries.
Preparing, manipulating, and managing key documents and communications.
Taking and distributing minutes for meetings, keeping records up to date.
Assisting senior officers and contributing to team quality improvement activities.
Undertaking patient billing processes with accuracy and care.

About You

You have proven customer service skills, delivering positive and professional interactions.
You work well within a team to achieve shared goals.
You solve problems using established methods and procedures.
You are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and data entry.
You communicate clearly and effectively in both writing and speech.
