Working within a collaborative Strategic Transformation team, the position partners with executives, clinicians, health services, government agencies and community stakeholders to drive innovation, service excellence and better health outcomes across one of NSW's largest and most diverse health districts.

The ideal candidate is an experienced business analyst with a proven ability to deliver meaningful change and translate strategic priorities into practical outcomes. Success in this role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage complex projects, competing priorities and deadlines within a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, active listening and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for building trusted relationships and working collaboratively with executives, clinicians, external partners and community stakeholders.
Relevant qualifications and experience in project management, health, policy or a related field, together with demonstrated expertise in evaluation, reporting, change management and the delivery of complex initiatives from planning through to implementation, will support a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and innovation.
Selection Criteria

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a health-related discipline or equivalent work experience with demonstrated project management experience and a record of achievement.
- Describe a complex service improvement, workforce or strategic initiative that required significant organisational investment. How did you assess whether the initiative should proceed, including your approach to analysing the problem, identifying and comparing options, assessing risks and assumptions, quantifying costs and expected outcomes, and making a recommendation to senior decision-makers?
- Describe a project or initiative where you were responsible for determining whether the intended outcomes were achieved after implementation. How did you define success, establish meaningful measures, collect and analyse evidence, identify gaps between expected and actual outcomes, and report findings to stakeholders? What actions were taken as a result of your analysis?
Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
