Position: Business Administration Trainee (Targeted Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander)
Employment Type: Temporary Full-Time (Exempt) for a period up to 12 months

About the Opportunity
As a Business Administration Trainee in our People and Culture team, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support to help our operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records, delivering exceptional customer service, performing data entry, and assisting with a variety of tasks that support the team’s objectives.
- Deliver general administrative support services, including data entry, typing and records maintenance.
- Respond to enquiries promptly to deliver excellent customer service, including handling telephone and email queries
- Effectively utilise digital tools and software applications to execute core administrative functions with accuracy and efficiency
- Organise bookings, calendars, meetings, and other administrative tasks efficiently
- Always maintain strict client confidentiality
- Work on-site five days a week, enjoying collaboration with your team and fostering strong connections
- Be enrolled in an approved training course or program as outlined in the Traineeship Agreement.
- Attend the training course or program regularly as required.
- Comply with requirements set by Training Services NSW under an accredited and relevant Traineeship Scheme.
