About the Opportunity
As an Associate Project Coordinator within Cloud & Enterprise Infrastructure Services you will be supporting critical infrastructure initiatives across NSW Health. You will help enable secure, stable and reliable digital environments through strong coordination and governance.

The team coordinates network projects across cloud and on‑prem environments along with storage initiatives - covering infrastructure uplift, security enhancements and lifecycle refresh programs (including SDPRIA). You’ll work with technical specialists, vendors and stakeholders to keep delivery, reporting and governance on track during this period of cover.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate day‑to‑day delivery across multiple infrastructure initiatives in an agile environment, managing workflows via ServiceNow, supporting Change and Incident processes and partnering with technical teams to deliver outcomes.
  • Ensure Delivery Governance for technical deliverables, ensuring adherence to operational processes, risk controls and delivery standards.

  • Improve delivery by streamlining templates and processes and maintaining clear documentation.
  • Contribute to a safe, customer‑focused culture aligned to NSW Health outcomes.
