Achieve Something Great
Join a dedicated nursing team at Bowral Hospital and build your clinical skills while making a meaningful impact. As an Assistant in Nursing, you’ll support the delivery of safe, compassionate and person‑centred care, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to contribute to evidence‑based, culturally appropriate patient outcomes.

You’ll work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, taking responsibility for your own clinical practice, reflection and professional growth. You’ll also play a role in supporting and developing others as part of a collaborative learning environment.

Your practice will align with all relevant professional standards and codes, including the Code of Professional Conduct for Nurses, the ANCI Code of Ethics, and the NSW Health Code of Conduct. You’ll model the behaviours outlined in Transforming Your Experience and our Leadership Strategies to help create a positive, patient‑focused culture.

If you’re committed to high‑quality care and ready to grow in a supportive team, this is a rewarding opportunity to take the next step in your nursing journey.

Are You the Right Fit?
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a compassionate, motivated team player who is committed to delivering safe, person‑centred care. You bring a genuine desire to learn, grow and contribute to a positive team culture, along with the confidence to communicate clearly with patients, carers and colleagues.

You’re someone who takes pride in working under professional guidance, reflects on your practice and actively seeks opportunities to develop your skills. You uphold professional standards, act with integrity and aren’t afraid to speak up for safety and quality.

If you’re dedicated, adaptable and passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others, we'd love to hear from you!
