About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Aged Care Assessment Services Manager to join us in this critical leadership role responsible for leading and managing the effective delivery of Aged Care Assessment Services across the Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD).
As the Aged Care Assessment Services Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Leading a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, end-to-end aged care assessments to determine eligibility for services under the Aged Care Act 2024
• Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives in line with the Commonwealth aged care reform agenda
• Managing budgets, performance reporting, and workforce planning to support sustainable service delivery.

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in health or a related discipline, with extensive experience in aged care or community health services.
• Strong leadership, focused on communication and problem-solving, with the ability to manage complex services in an evolving environment
