About the Role
Step into a key leadership position as an After-Hours Coordinator, where you’ll play an essential role in ensuring safe, high-quality care and smooth operations across our facility outside of regular hours. You’ll lead and support a dedicated nursing team, deliver frontline clinical care in the Emergency Department, and make critical operational decisions that directly impact patient outcomes.

What We’re Looking For
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Emergency trained Registered Nurse – essential
- Proficient in emergency care, with experience in triage and Advanced Life Support (ALS)
- Proven ability to lead during critical incidents and manage complex situations calmly and effectively
- Strong management and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor staff
- Experience in a rural setting and working with dynamic models of care
- Flexibility, problem-solving ability, and the confidence to work autonomously while being well supported by your team
