About the Role

The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate administrative services in the Imaging Department. The position must undertake a proactive role in supporting the administrative staff, ensuring they provide professional customer service as well as fulfilling required tasks and responsibilities including referral management. 
 
It is important to note that the Imaging Department encompasses Radiology, Nuclear Medicine and Vascular.

Ideal Candidate

  • High level of leadership, problem solving, organisational, communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and adapt to changing workload to meet service demands, productivity targets and strict deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision, use initiative and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge and experience with computerised Patient Administration Systems (PAS), Imaging System and excellent computer skills and proven proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
  • All candidates must have full working rights within Australia.
