What you'll be doing
- To provide administrative services to the department.
- To provide administrative support to the Deputy Director of Clinical Governance & Medical Administration, Medical Manager of Patient Flow and Rural Relief Service in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
- To use initiative to anticipate and meet the needs of the Deputy Director of Clinical Governance & Medical Administration and Medical Manger of Patient Flow
- To provide administrative / project assistance for other Programs and / or the SCHN Executive Unit when required.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in providing administrative assistance at an executive level.
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
