What you'll be doing 
As an Administration Officer Level 3, you’ll provide high-level administrative and clerical support to clinical teams and consumers within a community mental health setting. Your strong organisational, communication and technology skills will help ensure the smooth delivery of critical mental health services.

  • Deliver professional reception and customer service to clients, carers and staff

  • Manage correspondence, schedules, meeting coordination and document preparation

  • Maintain records and data in accordance with NSW Health and State Records standards

  • Coordinate rostering, timesheets, and payroll entries accurately and efficiently

  • Use advanced Microsoft Office skills to produce professional reports, presentations and materials

How to Apply

  1. Relevant qualifications in business, office administration and/or equivalent experience in similar office/administrative/customer service/reception roles.

  2. Demonstrated high level and effective interpersonal skills, with good oral and written communication and the ability to confidently and courteously communicate with a wide range and variety of individuals and organisations both internally and externally.

  3. High level customer service skills, with a demonstrated commitment to providing high quality service and maintaining confidentiality and privacy.

  4. Demonstrated good computer literacy with Microsoft office suite products, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as experience in the use of computer hardware, various electronic administration systems and databases.

  5. Demonstrated excellent administrative and organisation skills with strong accuracy and attention to detail.

  6. Demonstrated good ability to plan, prioritise and organise a wide range of administrative tasks in a high volume work environment and display time management and problem solving skills to meet deadlines.

  7. Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable, use initiative and work effectively without supervision as well as in collaboration with other staff members contributing to a well-functioning team.

  8. Current NSW Driver's License – P2 acceptable
