About your new role:
Join the team at Wallsend Dental Clinic and contribute to providing high-quality dental care for adults and children in the Wallsend region. Operating five days a week, our busy five-chair clinic offers a range of general dental and specialty services.
As an Administration Officer Level 2, you will:

  • Use a variety of computer hardware, software, and electronic systems to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support patient care and clinic operations.
  • Build strong relationships with patients, families, staff, and external stakeholders through professional and compassionate communication.

You will receive comprehensive support from our Oral Health management team, including a thorough orientation program and ongoing professional development opportunities.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing information and processes.
