About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Administration Officer to be the first point of contact for patients and clients at Taree Community Health Centre. You’ll provide front line services, respond to enquiries, update demographics, open service requests, and book appointments via the CHIME system.
The role also supports the LMNC Central Contact Point for Release of Information and contributes to a wide range of administrative functions that keep services running smoothly. Every day will bring variety, from preparing mail-outs and scanning documents to helping clients access the right service stream and supporting clinicians in their work.

Taree Community Health is part of Integrated Care Services Hunter & Lower Mid North Coast. You’ll join a dynamic multidisciplinary team in the Manning area, working alongside supportive admin staff, skilled clinicians, and an experienced management team.
