Aboriginal Cultural Capability Team Leader

1. This is a position identified for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people on the basis of a genuine occupational qualification under Section 14(d) of the NSW Anti-Discrimination Act (1977).
2. Relevant tertiary qualifications, or equivalent experience, with demonstrated high-level skills in leadership, partnering with stakeholders and the development and delivery of training initiatives, particularly in cultural capability training.

3. Experience in leading teams and creating, managing, and implementing training and initiatives, preferably with a focus on cultural capability, safety, and workforce development that promotes Aboriginal perspectives. Demonstrated project and program management capabilities, including familiarity with relevant government policies, frameworks, and legislation related specifically to Aboriginal people.
